What white label should include for an agency
Vendors use the phrase loosely. Removing a small "Powered by" link is branding removal, and plenty of tools stop there. A client who logs in and sees another company's name and pricing page will eventually ask why they pay you. Before you pick a white label review widget or platform, check for these.
- Badge removal on every widget, wall and form, not only on the top plan's widgets
- A custom domain for collection forms and walls of love, so links on client sites point to you
- A client portal or client logins with your logo and colors
- Branded request emails, sent from your name rather than the vendor's
- A multi brand workspace, so one login covers every client and each brand keeps its own sources and quotes
- Client reports you can send as your own work
- API and webhooks, if you plan to pipe quotes into your own dashboards
- Single sign on and roles, once more than a handful of people touch client accounts
Agencies usually already pay for a stack around each client site, from uptime monitoring for client sites to analytics and hosting. The testimonial tool should fit that stack quietly, not add another vendor logo your client has to see.
Testimonial software for agencies side by side
The table uses each vendor's public pricing page. Monthly prices are shown, yearly billing is cheaper on all of them.
| Tool | Price per month | Client brands included | Branding and domain | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TestimonialScraper Agency | $299, or $149 billed yearly | 15 | Badge removed, no custom domain portal (that is White Label) | Agencies with 4 to 15 clients whose reviews already live on G2, Google, Trustpilot or app stores |
| TestimonialScraper White Label | $599, or $299 billed yearly | 50 | Badge removed, client portal on your domain with your logo | Agencies reselling reputation reporting to 15 to 50 clients |
| Senja Pro | $59, extra projects $10 each | 5 projects | Brand Kit replaces Senja branding, custom domain for forms and walls | Small agencies collecting new text and video testimonials |
| Testimonial.to Ultimate | $50 per space | 1 space per $50 | Custom domain from Starter | Agencies with one or two clients focused on video |
| Endorsal Professional | $59 | 3 properties | Badge removed on forms, emails and widgets, custom domain for the capture form | Agencies that want automatic email and SMS requests |
| EmbedSocial Premium | $99 | 15 sources, counted per connected account | White label and custom domain not listed | Agencies embedding social and review feeds at volume |
Prices change, so confirm them on each vendor's page before you sign. Where competitors win, say so to your client too. Senja is the cheapest way to collect new testimonials for a few brands. Testimonial.to has the strongest video capture. Endorsal sends SMS review requests, which we don't. Our strength is different: we pull public reviews from 12+ sources, remove duplicates and score every quote, so the client brand gets fresh proof without anyone asking customers again.
Cost per client brand at 10 and 30 clients
Sticker prices hide how each tool scales. Here is what 10 and 30 client brands cost per month on the numbers above, assuming one space or project per client on Testimonial.to and Senja, and the smallest of our plans that covers the count.
| Tool | 10 client brands | 30 client brands |
|---|---|---|
| Testimonial.to Ultimate at $50 per space | $500 | $1,500 |
| Senja Pro, 5 projects plus $10 per extra project | $109 | $309 |
| TestimonialScraper, monthly billing | $299 on Agency | $599 on White Label |
| TestimonialScraper, billed yearly | $149 on Agency | $299 on White Label |
Endorsal lists 3 properties on Professional and 5 on Advanced from about $262, so 10 or 30 brands means several accounts or a custom quote. EmbedSocial counts connected sources, so 10 clients with three review sites each already pass the 15 sources on Premium.
Senja is the cheapest per brand at both sizes, and it's a fair pick if your team is happy to run collection campaigns for every client. The gap closes once you count staff time. Ten clients with reviews on three sites each means thirty profiles someone has to check and copy from every month. On Agency and White Label that refresh runs daily or every 6 hours, and new reviews arrive with alerts.
How an agency rolls this out for a new client
This is the onboarding we recommend for agency teams, and it fits in one working session per client.
1. Connect the client's public profiles
Add the client as a brand and paste their Google, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot or app store addresses. Upload any testimonial form or NPS export the client is entitled to share.
2. Approve the quotes worth showing
Duplicates merge, each quote gets a strength score and tags for use case and persona. Approve the ones you want, pin the best three and leave the rest in the register.
3. Publish a widget or wall on the client site
Choose a review widget for the homepage or a testimonial wall for a dedicated proof page, match the client's colors and paste the embed. WordPress and Webflow exports are on Growth and above.
4. Send the monthly client report
Turn on new review alerts and the monthly report. It lists new reviews per source, the strongest new quotes and anything that needs a reply, with a link to every original. The same data feeds our reputation monitoring software view.
What is white label testimonial software?
White label testimonial software is a tool that collects, manages and displays customer testimonials under your brand instead of the vendor's. Widgets carry no vendor badge, forms and walls run on your domain and, on fuller plans, clients log in to a portal with your logo. Agencies use it to sell testimonial and review work as their own service.
Can I remove the powered by badge from a testimonial widget?
Yes, on most paid plans. Senja replaces its branding with Brand Kit from Starter, Endorsal removes it from Professional and we remove it from Growth upward, with a small link left only on our Brand plan. Removing the badge is not full white label, though, because client logins and emails may still show the vendor.
How much does white label review software cost?
White label review software usually costs $59 to $600 per month for agency use, depending on how many client brands it covers. Endorsal Professional is $59 for 3 properties, Senja Pro is $59 for 5 projects and our White Label plan is $599 for 50 brands, or $299 per month billed yearly.
Which testimonial tool is best for agencies?
The best testimonial tool for agencies depends on where client praise comes from. For new video and text testimonials across a few clients, Senja is good value. If clients already have reviews on Google, G2, Trustpilot or app stores and you need alerts and monthly reports, our Agency or White Label plan does that work for up to 50 brands.
Do clients see the vendor name on a white label plan?
On a true white label plan, no. On our White Label plan the portal runs on your domain with your logo and colors, reports go out under your agency name and widgets carry no badge. Check each vendor for request emails and login pages, because those are where vendor names usually slip through.
