TestimonialScraper

Review management platforms built for agencies with many clients

Agencies collect testimonials, watch new reviews and report on reputation for every client, usually with one spreadsheet per brand. TestimonialScraper puts all of your client brands in one workspace, sends alerts when new reviews appear, prepares monthly client reports and can run under your own name on your own domain.

One workspace for every client brand

Each client brand gets its own sources, its own quote register, its own widgets and its own report. Your team switches between brands in one click instead of logging in to a separate tool for each client.

  • Up to 15 client brands on Agency and 50 client brands on White Label
  • All 12+ sources for every brand, from Google reviews, G2, Capterra and Trustpilot to the App Store, Google Play, Reddit, X, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Imports of client testimonial forms, NPS answers and support ticket exports the client is entitled to share
  • Duplicates removed, quotes scored from 0 to 100 and grouped by use case and persona for every brand
  • Unlimited widgets and walls per brand, with removable branding

Monitoring, alerts and client reports

Reviews do not wait for your monthly meeting. The workspace watches every source of every brand and tells the right person when something new appears.

  • New review alerts by email for each brand, with the quote, rating where published and a link to the original
  • Daily refresh on Agency and refresh every 6 hours on White Label
  • Monthly client reports with new reviews per source, rating trend where sources publish ratings, the strongest new quotes and quotes that need a reply
  • Case study shortlists, so you can pick the customers worth a full story and send them to the client with source links
  • Exports to CSV and JSON for your own reporting, and API and webhooks on White Label

Reports go out under your agency name. Each report links every quote to its source, so your client can check it in seconds. Read how we track sources on the reputation monitoring software page.

White label client portal on your domain

White Label turns the workspace into your own product. Your clients log in to a portal on your domain, with your logo and colors, and see their quotes, widgets and reports. They never see our name.

How an agency sets it up

  1. Create a brand for each client and add their public review profiles.
  2. Invite your team and give each person a role, such as admin, editor or viewer, per brand.
  3. Approve quotes and publish widgets on client sites, or export to WordPress and Webflow.
  4. Turn on alerts and monthly reports for each client.
  5. On White Label, connect your domain, add your logo and invite clients to their portal.

For agency owners deciding on a platform

You are paying for hours your team does not spend copying reviews into spreadsheets, and for a service you can sell on every retainer. A few points that usually matter to the person who signs off.

  • Fixed monthly price per plan, not per client brand, so margin grows with every brand you add within the limit
  • Access control with roles per brand, Google single sign on on Agency and SAML single sign on with an audit log on White Label
  • Public reviews only, gathered through official interfaces, public feeds, public pages that allow it and imports your clients are entitled to share
  • Every quote keeps its author as published and a link to the original, so nothing in a client report can be called invented
  • Clear data handling, described on the testimonial data security page
  • Payments are final, with exceptions for a double charge, an unauthorized charge and a complete outage

Agency questions

Can clients see each other's data?

No. Each client brand is separate, and roles decide who on your team sees which brand. On White Label, each client sees only their own brand in the portal.

What happens if we need more than 15 client brands?

Move to White Label for up to 50 client brands. The change takes effect right away and the price difference is charged at once.

Do clients see TestimonialScraper anywhere?

On Agency, widgets can run without our branding, and reports carry your agency name. On White Label, the portal runs on your domain with your logo.

Can we resell this as our own service?

Yes. White Label exists for exactly that, with your domain, your logo and a client portal.

Is there a sales call before we start?

No. Every plan is self-serve. Pick a plan and start setting up client brands right away.
