Review management tools that collect, curate and publish in one place

Review management usually means three disconnected jobs: someone collects reviews into a spreadsheet, someone else decides which ones are good, and a developer pastes them into the site. TestimonialScraper brings the three review management tools together, so the person who picks a quote can publish it and every quote stays linked to its source.

Collect, curate and publish without the spreadsheet

Collect

Connect public sources such as Google reviews, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, the App Store, Google Play, Reddit, X, LinkedIn and YouTube, and import your own form answers, NPS exports and support tickets. Collection runs on its own after the first setup.

Curate

Duplicates are merged, every quote gets a strength score from 0 to 100 and tags for use case and persona. You approve, hide or pin quotes and add your own tags such as a product line or a campaign.

Publish

Approved quotes go into widgets, walls and exports for Webflow, WordPress, HTML, CSV and JSON. Change a quote once and every place that shows it updates on the next refresh.

A review workflow your whole team can follow

1.

One register of every review

Every review lives in one register with source, author, date, link, score, tags and status. Filters answer questions like which G2 reviews from marketing leaders mention onboarding.

2.

Clear statuses

Each quote is New, Approved or Hidden. Nothing goes live without approval, and hidden quotes stay hidden on every refresh.

3.

Roles for bigger teams

On Agency and White Label you assign roles, so an editor can approve quotes while a viewer only reads reports.

4.

Shortlists for every page and deck

Save filtered shortlists such as pricing page quotes or enterprise deck quotes and reuse them in widgets or export them to CSV for sales.

5.

A record of changes

White Label keeps an audit log of who approved, hid or edited tags on every quote.

Built for teams that publish proof often

Marketing teams that run many landing pages use it to keep proof consistent across the site. Product marketers build shortlists for launches and sales decks. Agencies manage reviews for many client brands and send client reports without a separate tool, as shown on the agencies page. If you mainly need to watch for new reviews and respond quickly, the reputation monitoring software page explains alerts and digests. To see how quotes from many sites become one clean list, read how we aggregate reviews.

What stays the same on every plan

Whatever plan you choose, the rules for quotes do not change. Reviews stay in the reviewer's words, every quote keeps the author as published and a link to its source, and nothing reaches your site without approval. Plans differ in how many brands, sources, seats and reviews per month they cover, and in how often sources refresh.

Review management questions

Can I edit the wording of a review?

No. Quotes stay in the exact words of the reviewer. You may trim long reviews, and every cut is marked with an ellipsis.

Can several people work on the same brand?

Yes. Brand includes 1 seat, Growth 5 seats, Agency 15 seats and White Label unlimited seats, with roles on Agency and White Label.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Every plan exports to CSV. Growth and higher add Webflow, WordPress and JSON exports, and White Label adds an API and webhooks.

Does deleting a brand give back my monthly review allowance?

No. Usage is counted per billing period, so deleting a brand or a widget never resets what you used. The allowance renews with the next period.

Do you request reviews from customers?

We focus on praise that already exists. You can import answers from your own testimonial forms and NPS surveys, as explained on the page about how to collect testimonials.
