We never present a sentence from the cons answer as praise. Each quote keeps the part of the review it came from, so a reader sees the context if they follow the link.

Do I need to connect my Capterra vendor account?
No. Your public listing is enough. If you prefer, you can upload a review export you own as the vendor, and we combine it with the public page.
Which reviews appear in the widget?
Only the ones you approve. You can also set rules, such as showing quotes from one company size or quotes about support.
Will Capterra reviews and G2 reviews from the same person appear twice?
No. When the same reviewer posts the same review on two sites, we merge them into one entry and keep both links.
Do you show the reviewer's company name?
Only if Capterra published it. We never add names, companies or roles that the source did not show.
