Good places for testimonials on a Webflow site
The homepage hero is rarely the best spot. Quotes work harder next to the moment of doubt, such as under the pricing table, beside a signup form, at the end of a feature page and on the integrations page. With the CMS export you can place a filtered Collection List in each of those spots, for example quotes tagged setup time beside the signup form. With the embed you get the same effect by creating one widget per spot with its own filters. Either way, every quote keeps its link to the original, so a skeptical visitor can check it without leaving the page. Start with two or three spots, watch how visitors respond and add more where they help.

Does the CMS export count toward my Webflow item limit?
Yes. Each quote becomes one CMS item. You can cap how many items the sync keeps, for example the best 100 quotes.
Can I edit quotes in Webflow?
You can, but the next sync restores the original wording. Quotes stay in the reviewer's words, with trims marked by an ellipsis in your workspace.
Which Webflow plan do I need for the embed?
The embed needs a Code Embed element with custom code, which depends on your Webflow site plan. Check that your plan supports custom code.
Can I filter by tag in the Designer?
Yes. Tags arrive as fields, so you can filter a Collection List by use case, persona or source.
Can agencies sync many client sites?
