Terms of service

TestimonialScraper is provided by the administrator of the testimonialscraper.com service, reachable at [email protected]. The service collects public reviews and imports you provide, scores and groups quotes, and lets you publish them in widgets, walls and exports.

• You need a valid email address confirmed with a code to create an account.
• You keep your password private and you are responsible for activity in your account.
• An account is used by the number of seats your plan includes. Each seat belongs to one person.
• You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for your business or professional activity.

• Every plan is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in US dollars at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them in your account settings.
• Limits such as brands, sources, reviews analyzed and seats apply per billing period. Usage is counted as consumption, so deleting a widget or a brand does not restore quota.
• Moving to a larger plan takes effect after the price difference is paid. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal.
• Payments are final, except in the cases listed in the refund policy.
• By subscribing you ask us to start providing the service immediately.

The homepage demo can be used once per day per visitor. It reads only the public page you provide, or the text you paste, and shows a limited result. We may limit the demo to prevent abuse.

• You collect reviews only about brands you own or manage with the owner's permission.
• You import only data you are entitled to use, such as your own forms, NPS exports and support exports, and you have the consent your local law requires for those imports.
• You do not present reviews in a misleading way, for example by changing their meaning, hiding that a reviewer received an incentive, or presenting a review as written about a different product.
• You follow the display rules of the review sites you use as sources.
• You remove a quote when its author asks you to.
• You do not use the service to create, buy or post fake reviews, or to collect personal data for any purpose other than displaying testimonials.
• You do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Reviews belong to their authors and are displayed with attribution and a link to the original. You keep all rights to your own data and settings. The software, design and brand of TestimonialScraper remain ours. You may use widgets and exports on sites you own or manage while your subscription is active. On the Brand plan widgets show a small Powered by link.

We work to keep the service available at all times. White Label includes an uptime commitment described in your account. We may improve and change features, and we tell you by email before a change that reduces what your plan includes.

The service is provided as described on our website. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by posting fake reviews or misusing personal data. A chargeback raised without first contacting us is a breach of these terms.
